Join a Hospice Team Where Your Compassion Makes a Lasting Impact

At Day City Hospice, our founders took years of corporate experience and transformed it into something far more meaningful: a locally operated, patient-centered hospice dedicated to delivering exceptional care right here in the Dayton community. We believe that when patients and families face end-of-life care, they deserve support that is compassionate, timely, and rooted in the place they call home.
Because our leadership and clinicians live and work in Ohio, we’re able to respond quickly and personally to the needs of our patients. And just as importantly, we’re committed to supporting the incredible team who makes this care possible. We keep caseloads manageable, eliminate unworkable quotas, and ensure our staff has the tools, time, and support they need to provide truly meaningful care.

A Schedule That Gives You More Weekday Freedom
Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every Saturday and Sunday plus one weekday
This schedule is ideal for nurses who love having weekdays free for appointments, family time, or personal priorities. With only one weekday shift and two weekend shifts, you’ll enjoy a predictable rhythm and four days off every week, giving you more balance and flexibility than a traditional Monday–Friday role.

• 401(k) with generous company match

• Generous PTO accruals

• Paid holidays
