Clinical Team SupervisorFull Time DCND Main, Centerville, OH, US
The Clinical Team Supervisor oversees daily nurse operations while ensuring compliance with all medical regulations and practice policies, and works with DCND physicians, researchers, and other clinical staff.

- LPN, RN or higher licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Prior experience working in medical office management.
- Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
- Immunization against tuberculosis (TB) or willingness to be vaccinated upon hire.
- Current MS certification or willingness to obtain MS certification for clinical oversight and to assist with patient education & engagement.
- Oversee scheduling for Nursing Team, including approving timecards, managing PTO requests, and ensuring all queues are covered.
- Manage Nursing Team performance, including conducting performance reviews, issuing correct actions when needed, and ensuring appropriate training is completed.
- Participate in nurse recruitment process.
- Manage department workflows, daily operations, order set management, customer services calls, and clinical patient complaints.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Employee Health Incidents/BWC, Medication Control, OARRS updates, state reporting, clinical licensing, CPR, and TDDD licenses.
- Conduct Medical Supply/Medication cost control, inventory system implementation, and inventory system management for multiple locations.
- Establish and update departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform Clinical Auditing, creating and implementing quality metrics for departments/individuals.
- Conduct MIPS and other quality reporting.
- Occasionally assist providers with procedures (blood draws, injections, etc.)
