Day City Hospice in Dayton, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice care team on a 3x12-hour shift schedule, with every other weekend. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care and collaborates with family and the care team to deliver comfort and dignity.
The ideal candidate will have an Ohio LPN license, current BLS, and at least 3 years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, med-surg, or community health settings.
