The OpportunityAs Medical Director, you’ll lead our ER team and specialists in a collaborative environment. You’ll balance clinical shifts with leadership responsibilities—offering mentorship, upholding medical excellence, and helping to shape hospital growth. We’re excited to welcome a trailblazer: someone who enjoys building strong teams, fostering a positive culture, and embracing opportunities to innovate and grow.
What You’ll Bring- DVM or equivalent degree, with Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility)
- 3–5+ years of leadership or mentoring experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
- Confidence overseeing a team that includes specialists
- Leadership coursework or certifications
- Experience building or shaping medical teams
- A collaborative spirit and proactive mindset
- Total annual compensation of $175,000–$200,000
, which includes base salary plus a leadership stipend - Additional production pay on top of base compensation
