• Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Chop vegetables, ingredients and prepare sauces and other food preparation
• Prepare, cook and present menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory

• Previous restaurant or lounge experience
• Cooking experience or Back of the House experience a must
• Hospitality experience, training, education or certification a plus
• Desire for personal and professional growth and development
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
