Automotive Sales Consultant

Martin Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant for our Subaru of Dayton dealership! We are adding multiple new sales professionals to grow our team.

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads to set an appointment for a vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including internet‑available resources
• Perform on‑floor sales and handle walk‑ins

• Must have sales experience in the automotive industry
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to meet sales quotas and goals
• Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report

The President's Club is an exclusive recognition for our most elite Sales Consultants. Eligibility requires selling 200 new or used vehicles in a calendar year. Eligible consultants are invited to attend the annual awards banquet, receive a plaque and a self‑hire check, and obtain a one‑year company demo vehicle.
