This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at our Centerville, OH location. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, facilitating sales transactions, generating leads, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role entails proactive outreach to potential clients, addressing customer needs effectively, and building strong client relationships to promote company products and services.

Collaboration with other departments is expected to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a results-oriented approach
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in CRM software and office tools is advantageous
• Previous experience in the construction or concrete coatings industry is a plus
