Hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Pay Rate:$18 - $24 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and experiencedLandscape Foremanto join our team! As a foreman, this role involves managing day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:Supervise and manage a crew of 2-3 landscaping team members.

• Training & Supervision:Train and mentor team members to improve skills and maintain high-quality standards.

• Landscaping & Maintenance:Oversee landscape projects,including design,installation, and maintenance. Ensure proper equipment use and care.

• Quality Control:Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on every job.

• Collaboration:Work alongside your team to solve problems and achieve project goals in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:At least 1 year of experience as a team lead in the landscaping industry.

• Skills:Ability to manage, train, and guide a team while delivering high-quality work.

• License:Must havea valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Work Ethic:Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors.
