Automotive Mechanic

As an Automotive Mechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of company vehicles, equipment, and the overall shop. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles and machinery, including medium-duty trucks and small engines, while contributing to the smooth operation of daily business activities.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment
• Conduct brake repairs and maintenance
• Complete oil changes and preventative maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
• Repair and maintain small engines
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate inventory of shop supplies
• Order and track parts and supplies as needed
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with general shop and equipment maintenance
• Perform 24-hour snow removal during winter months

• Valid driver license
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or in a service department
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics and small engines preferred
• Experience maintaining and repairing medium-duty trucks
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and well-organized shop
