** Position Summary
** Centerville Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate
** Facility Bus Driver
** to transport residents safely to and from medical appointments and other approved outings. This position requires a current and valid
** STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) certification**, as the driver will also assist residents with transfers and mobility needs.###
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and scheduled outings
* Ensure timely arrival and return to the facility
* Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely
* Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices properly
* Monitor residents during transport to ensure safety and comfort
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns
* Comply with all traffic laws and facility safety policies
* Assist with resident care duties as assigned when not transporting###
** Qualifications
* ** Current and valid STNA certification required
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Experience working in long-term care preferred
* Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Dependable and punctual###
