Job Title: Facility Bus Driver (STNA Required)

Location: Centerville Post Acute

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Centerville Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Facility Bus Driver to transport residents safely to and from medical appointments and other approved outings. This position requires a current and valid STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) certification, as the driver will also assist residents with transfers and mobility needs.

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and scheduled outings
• Ensure timely arrival and return to the facility
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely
• Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices properly
• Monitor residents during transport to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns
• Comply with all traffic laws and facility safety policies
• Assist with resident care duties as assigned when not transporting

• Current and valid STNA certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Experience working in long-term care preferred
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and punctual
