Store Delivery Driver: Part-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for a Part‑Time Delivery Driver to join our Centerville, OH store. The driver will deliver parts to a predetermined group of customers, operate friendly and courteous team environment, and strive to make timely deliveries while following all laws and company policies.

• Deliver orders accurately to customers via driving a vehicle.
• Pick up cores and returns from customers and process credits accurately.
• Handle and report customer problems to the Store or Warehouse Manager.
• Report to work in a continuous timely manner.
• Provide basic vehicle care and maintenance.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets underwriting standards.
• Meet all criteria and policies as set forth in the Company Employee Handbook, Driver’s Handbook, and Fleet Safety Policy.
• Assist in special projects as requested.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report must be obtained and submitted prior to hire and maintained.
• Successfully complete a pre‑employment drug test.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes an assortment of days, evenings and/or weekends as needed.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted or greater with assistance.
• Frequently required to sit for long periods.
• Occasionally walk, stand, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, push, pull, crouch, squat, twist, and stoop.
• Required to climb, balance, crawl, talk, speak, and hear.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• May be exposed to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high places, chemicals, weather, temperature extremes, electrical shock, bulky weights, explosion risk, and vibration.
• Noise level moderate to heavy.
• Must have considerable mobility.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently.
• Keep vehicle clean and check fluids.
• Follow all company rules including safe driving policies and procedures and report any accidents/injuries to management.
