We're looking for a Client Service Specialist who wants to grow into an Automotive Customer Advisor.
You don't need years as a Service Advisor—we'll teach you the automotive side. What we can't teach is genuine care for people, personal accountability, and the drive to learn.

What You'll DoWelcome every customer with professionalism and genuine care.
Learn to guide customers through vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations.
Keep clients informed throughout the repair process.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure clear, accurate communication.
Build lasting relationships based on honesty, trust, and exceptional service.
Grow into confidently presenting repair options and helping customers make informed decisions.
What You Bring5+ years of experience serving customers in a professional environment.
Outstanding communication and listening skills.
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
A desire to learn automotive systems and become a trusted advisor.
High personal accountability and reliability.
A positive, team-first attitude.
Automotive experience is a plus—but not required for the right person.
