We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Office Manager to lead our Centerville office team.

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office while ensuring an excellent experience for both patients and team members. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced dental office efficiently.

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and team performance
• Support and lead front office and clinical staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, office flow, and operational efficiency
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, and collections as needed
• Monitor office goals and support team productivity
• Maintain accurate records and office reporting
• Foster a positive and professional team environment
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and team members

• Previous dental office management experience preferred
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
