Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO
Provides customer service support to Zions Bank branches, handling cash transactions, and promoting bank products.
Responsibilities- Be responsible for providing quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques, including lending applications and cross‑selling of bank services and products.
- Be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
- Previous teller experience is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross‑sell bank products based on clients' needs.
Retail Support covers a geographical area; employees may be called to branches in the Salt Lake area and beyond, including Draper/Riverton, Tooele, Magna, Park City, Kamas, and Coalville. Mileage reimbursements are provided for travel over 25 miles round trip from home.
