Records Coordinator

We’re seeking a Records Coordinator to join our growing team.

• Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records.
• Responsible for maintaining an on‑time patient workflow.
• Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.
• Greets new patients and family members.
• Familiarizes new patients and family with clinic layout.
• Captures X‑rays, photographs and scans.
• Relays new patient information to treatment coordinator(s) and doctors.
• Coordinates clinical records requests.
• Manages patient treatment flow and scheduling.
• Maintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations.
• Performs after‑care communication.
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment.
• May cross‑train to support multiple roles within the clinic.

• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.45
