Availability: 5 Nights a Week - Must work Friday and Saturday

As the Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations during evening shifts. You will manage front counter and kitchen team members as well as, interact with guests. Your leadership will help motivate and guide our team to deliver outstanding service.

• Lead and manage the front counter team to ensure excellent guest service.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety protocols and procedures.
• Motivate and inspire team members in a high-stress environment.
• Train and develop staff on all aspects of the business.
• Handle guest interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Previous management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn all aspects of the business quickly.
• Must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
