Maintenance O​/N Position

Position: Janitorial Associate (CP-)

Compensation: $15.00 - $28.00/hr* (includes team‑based incentive awards and other compensation, see details)

Hours: Full time; shift may start between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Work in backroom and receiving areas to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list.
• Move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, and help customers while stocking shelves.
• Unload trucks in the summer, fill ice cream in the freezer, and handle other fast‑paced physical tasks.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives are available.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
