Salary: $15.00 - $28.00/hr*

Shift options: 8:00am - 11:00am or 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers engage in daily shopping for customers, selecting items such as produce or cereal. The pace is fast‑paced, requiring efficient navigation of all departments. Order fillers also dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation. The workload can become intense, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. Additionally, order fillers may need to assist in‑store customers while working on online orders.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
