Treatment Coordinator

Job Overview

We’re seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The role involves educating new patients about treatment options, discussing financial arrangements, and cultivating strong relationships.

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Overcome objections and provide information on payment options.
• Work pending reports and schedule potential patients for treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams, follow up to schedule consultations or begin treatment, and keep schedules full.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists as necessary.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.

• Outgoing, approachable, empathetic, proactive, adaptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and maintain good working relationships.
• Excellent sales skills; ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Pay Range
: $18.00 - $22.80 hourly.
