Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team full-time. This position serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and technicians, helping guide customers through the repair process while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is an experienced advisor, excellent communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for automotive service and helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
✓ Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
✓ Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
✓ Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns. Experience in Tekmetric is ideal, but not necessary
✓ Communicate with technicians to understand vehicle diagnoses and repair recommendations
✓ Present estimates and repair options to customers clearly and professionally
✓ Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
✓ Coordinate vehicle pick-up, delivery, and payment processing
✓ Part ordering knowledge and management
✓ Ensure repair orders are accurate, complete, and properly closed out
✓ Help maintain high customer satisfaction and positive online reviews
✓ Work closely with management and the service team to maximize efficiency and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
✓ Strong communication and customer service skills
✓ Automotive service experience
✓ At least intermediate automotive and diesel knowledge
✓ Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can understand
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✓ Comfortable using computers, shop management software, and digital communication tools
✓ Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
✓ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
✓ Sales-oriented approach focused on educating and helping customers
