Electrician

Service Electric an. We will get calls from businesses and people who have a variety of electrical and lighting needs. Your job is to respond to those calls and fix the problem or install the power or lighting described by our clients.

This is a full-time, Service Electrician role with our office located in Centerville, UT. We receive service calls for clients anywhere from Ogden to Provo, with the majority of calls coming from Davis an Salt Lake counties. The Electrician will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in residential, and commercial settings. Daily tasks may include diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Additional responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical diagrams and ensuring optimal performance of electrical systems.

• Knowledge of electricity principles and experience in Electrical Work
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting electrical systems
• Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Commitment to safety standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Physical stamina to work in various environments and conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or apprenticeship in electrical work preferred
• State or local electrician license is required
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work
• Strong Communication skills. Must be able to speak with clients to figure out what they want us to do
