HVAC Commercial Service Technician

Wage is based off specific HVAC experience and is negotiable, very high pay for the right person with the right experience.

Experienced HVAC Service Technicians needed to work in the Commercial and residential market. Must be reliable and have the ability to work independently and with others on all kinds of projects.

Work vehicle provided.

Regular federal government work so must be able to pass background check.

Davis bacon wages.

• Troubleshoot, properly diagnose and repair a wide variety of Commercial & Residential HVAC equipment.
• Ideal applicant will have knowledge and experience diagnosing & repairing the following:
• Roof Top/Package Units
• Make-Up Air Units
• Split Systems
• Heat Pumps
• VRF / VRV Systems

• 3-5 years of experience independently troubleshooting mechanical failures in the Commercial and residential HVAC market
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass drug test
• EPA Certification Required
• RMG Certification Required
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Punctual and reliable
• Open to occasional overtime during peak seasons.
• Have your own tools (tool purchase program available)
• Ability to follow directions and have a strong attention to detail
• Ability to complete all tasks in a timely manner, with minimal supervision
