Salary: $26.00 - $51.00/hr*

Type: Full time (shifts may vary).

Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician – Responsible for supporting and overseeing repair and maintenance of Walmart refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills.

• Maintain and repair refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Inspect, operate, and test equipment to diagnose issues.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Complete required safety and training requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move on ladders, and work at heights.

• 10 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration/HVAC maintenance.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver's license with clean driving record; ability to pass MVR.
• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.

• 8 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration and AAS in A/C and Refrigeration.
• AAS or completion of a 2‑year technical/vocational HVAC/R program.
• Experience with glycol and CO₂ systems.
• Excellent driving record.
