Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
Responsibilities- Deliver face-to-face primary care services across diverse facilities.
- Participate in monthly educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Benefits include a competitive salary up to $300,000, incentive pay, professional liability coverage, PTO, CME, and health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
Qualifications- Current state medical license, D.E.A. certification, and Board Eligibility or Certification.
