Position: Registered Behavior Technician in Central Falls, RI
Take the next step in your career supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a rewarding contract opportunity in a school-based setting near Central Falls, RI. This role plays a vital part in providing 1:1 support for students in ASD classrooms, ensuring each child receives the attention and guidance they need for success.

You'll have the chance to work during the summer, extended school year (ESY), and in preparation for the new school year (NSY). The schedule aligns with 35 hours per week during the school year, while ESY runs 4 days per week from 8am-12pm. Come fall, there's an opportunity to expand to a full-time 40-hour work week.

Desired Experience &

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Familiarity with providing 1:1 ABA support in classroom environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy and behavioral interventions to assigned students
• Record data and monitor student progress according to established plans
• Collaborate with classroom staff to support individualized student needs
• Support ESY and school-year programming as assigned
• Adapt support as needed in the absence of immediate BCBA oversight (support to resume in fall)
