We are seeking a reliable and flexible Part Time PM Float to join our team in Central Falls, RI. This position offers up to 20 hours per week and involves providing support across all age groups during the afternoon and evening hours. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, attentive, and capable of managing various responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide afternoon and evening support as a PM float across multiple age groups.
- Assist with daily activities, ensuring safety and engagement of all participants.
- Adapt to varying schedules and needs, filling in where support is required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding participant needs and any concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while supporting program goals.
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during PM hours.
- Experience working with all age groups preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and schedules.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
