Location: Central Falls, RI
Setting: K–8
Schedule: Full-Time, Approximately 39 Hours per Week
Hours: 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM for Professional Development
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Qualifications- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
- Valid Rhode Island School Psychologist certification or eligibility required
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of psycho educational evaluations, special education, and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Pay: $45+ per hour, based on experience
Position Details- Full-time School Psychologist supporting students in K–8
- Conduct evaluations and support the special education evaluation process
- Participate in and support school meetings
- Provide student support when the School Social Worker is unavailable
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Professional Development on Wednesdays until 4:45 PM
- Ready to interview ASAP
- Conduct psycho educational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
- Support multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide student support and behavioral assistance as needed
- Collaborate with school staff and families
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
