Laser Field Repair Technician

Overview

Laser Field Repair Technician helps support jewelers worldwide by delivering top-notch service, repairs, and maintenance for laser equipment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by developing innovative strategies connecting with customers and elevating their business potential. The team is focused on delivering personalized solutions, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of Stuller’s offerings.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot, test, and repair their laser equipment remotely and in person.
• Document customer interactions and process invoices using company systems.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Drive the company van for customer site visits and equipment deliveries.
• Lift, crate, and uncrate laser equipment and shipments as needed.
• Travel to customer locations, with occasional overnight trips.
• Maintain a professional and customer-first attitude during all service interactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (subject to drug screen and background check).
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Customer-focused mindset with quick problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn circuitry and mechanics.
• Positive, coachable attitude and strong work ethic.

• Forklift operation experience.
• Previous electrical, micro-electronics, diagnostic or technician experience.
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry and/or laser equipment
