The Role

The Casino Operations Manager is at the heart of our iGaming engine, making sure the reels spin, the tables stay hot, and our casino content launches flawlessly across multiple regulated North American markets. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, product delivery, compliance, and technology. You’ll own the day-to-day operational execution of our casino content portfolio, working closely with top-tier content providers and internal teams to ensure every launch is compliant, on time, and optimized for player engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end casino content lifecycle, from onboarding and certification through go-live and post-launch optimization across multiple regulated North American markets.
  • Manage and optimize the casino content portfolio (slots, table games, jackpots, live dealer), ensuring strong performance, depth, and player engagement.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for casino content providers, managing timelines, certifications, SLAs, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Partner closely with Compliance and Product to ensure all state-specific regulatory requirements are met for each launch.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, BI, and Product teams to support promotions, campaigns, and performance reporting tied to casino content.
  • Maintain release calendars, document processes, and continuously improve operational workflows to support scale and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in Casino Operations, Product, or Content Management within iGaming or land-based casino environments.
  • A genuine passion for casino gaming, you care about the player experience, not just the checklist.
  • Familiarity with North American content providers, aggregation platforms, and regulated market requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with casino certification workflows (GLI, BMM, state-specific approvals).
  • Experience using Salesforce, Jira, or similar workflow tools.
  • Exposure to CRM campaigns and promotional planning tied to game launches.
  • Excellent vendor management skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple providers, launches, and priorities at once.
  • A collaborative mindset, you work seamlessly with Product, Marketing, Compliance, BI, and Tech teams.
  • Comfort using data and performance insights to support content decisions.
