WhatYou'll Bring
- Active Rhode Island SLP license required
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong skills in administering assessments and conducting therapy for preschool-aged children
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students in a preschool program
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering student development and academic success
- Deliver speech-language assessment, evaluations, and direct therapy to preschool students
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support and intervention strategies
- Advocate for inclusive, evidence-based practices within the school community
