Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Central Falls, RI

The role begins in late August and continues through the academic year, with the possibility of part-time schedules available.

• Active Rhode Island SLP license required
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong skills in administering assessments and conducting therapy for preschool-aged children
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students in a preschool program
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering student development and academic success

• Deliver speech-language assessment, evaluations, and direct therapy to preschool students
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support and intervention strategies
• Advocate for inclusive, evidence-based practices within the school community
