We are seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing and supporting Epic applications. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational goals.

• Lead and manage all aspects of Epic optimization and implementation projects, including meetings, timelines, build, testing, and deployment.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution of issues in adherence to SLAs.
• Serve as a liaison with operational leaders at all levels, including directors.
• Develop Epic reports, Health Maintenance topics, CMS reporting, Quality Measures, and Metrics.
• Work with Cognitive Computing models and RME to enhance system capabilities.
• Create detailed documentation, including workflows, test scripts, and tip sheets.
