Identity and Access Management Program Manager
Location: Lincoln, RI (remote or hybrid in office)
Employment type: Full-time (37.5-hour week)
Compensation: $116,238 - $159,830 base salary depending on experience, plus an annual variable incentive based on company performance.
Role Overview: Oversee planning, organization, implementation, and reporting of Amica’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, including multiple complex and large-scale projects.
Responsibilities- Deliver multiple highly complex IAM projects on time, ensuring integrity, performance, and reliability; identify challenges and risks and handle unforeseen problems.
- Lead teams through all project phases and manage estimating, planning, scheduling, tracking, change management, problem resolution, reporting, and communication.
- Track program performance and budget, propose KPIs, and report progress and compliance.
- Provide guidance on IAM domains such as privileged access management, authorization/authentication, identity provisioning, and recertification.
- Collaborate with project managers, business partners, senior leadership, and external vendors to align objectives, scope, and risks.
- Contribute to IAM policy, standard, control, and testing development.
- Report to the IAM Steering Committee to support timely decision-making.
- Mentor project managers and IT personnel in technical and non‑technical aspects.
- Apply standards and best practices, and handle other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid foundation in IAM practices, with end‑to‑end data program knowledge and deep understanding of IAM concepts.
- Quantitative skills for data‑informed decisions on compliance and performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong conflict‑resolution skills and perseverance under resistance.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, quality, productivity, and documentation.
- Willingness to pursue or hold IAM certifications (e.g., CIAM, CIMP, CISSP).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA; adaptable to multiple methodologies across business functions.
