As the firm continues to grow its Transactional Practice Group, it is seeking an experienced mid- to senior-level Real Estate Associate to advise a dynamic client base. The firm represents clients ranging from closely held businesses to large public companies and is committed to delivering practical, strategic, and risk-conscious legal solutions that drive real-world value.
- Manage and oversee commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Independently handle various components of transactions while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with an experienced team to represent developers, investors, and lenders in complex real estate matters.
- Provide strategic guidance and support throughout high-profile, multifaceted real estate transactions.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 4+ years of commercial real estate and or lending experience
- Current admission in good standing to either the Massachusetts or Rhode Island bar is required, both preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address the commercial implications of legal issues.
The salary range for this position is $140,000–$200,000, plus benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including the role and its responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
