Pledge Financial Services is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Central Falls Location.
This is more than retail — every day, you’ll work with a wide variety of customers, help them find solutions that fit their needs, and support a team that thrives on energy and teamwork. As the right-hand to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, keeping customers happy, and helping your team grow.

Responsibilities- Lead daily store operations and keep things running smoothly
- Provide excellent service by welcoming customers, solving issues, and building trust
- Assist with inventory — receiving, organizing, and keeping accurate counts
- Support and motivate team members, including coaching and training
- Uphold company policies and create a safe, professional work environment
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Take on administrative duties and jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Experience in Retail, customer service, or Sales;
Leadership experience is a plus.
Able to inspire, guide, and support a team.
Strong communication and people skills.
Problem‑Solver with a customer‑first mindset.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Experience with a POS system or Inventory software is helpful but not required – we will train you.
