POSITION SUMMARY
As a Medicare Sales Agent at Medicare Joe®, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their Medicare enrollment journey. This is a full-time, onsite sales role focused on educating clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships through trust, performance, and professionalism. You will be supported with hands-on training, a proven appointment-setting system, and the opportunity to build a high-earning, residual-based book of business.
The goal for the Medicare Sales Agent position is to maximize conversations with prospects and begin to build their own client book of business while using all of the resources that are provided by our company.

- Turn key system that will put 15-25 qualified sales appointments on your calendar each week

- Complete training program and pass/maintain required Life & Health Insurance licenses.
- Develop expert knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Supplement plans.
- Conduct needs analyses to educate and advise clients on the best Medicare solutions.
- Engage in outbound calls per day or achieve 4+ hours of talk time during ramp-up phase.
- Facilitate the full enrollment process for prospective clients.
- Hit revenue benchmarks within 90 days of starting in the role.
- Accurately document all client interactions and maintain compliance standards.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to support a strong, team-driven culture.
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to adapt to client needs.
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team performance.
- Participate in advancement opportunities and mentorship within the agency.
- Self-motivated to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on education and clarity.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and handle a high volume of client interactions.
- Ability to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Maintains energy and focus during high outbound call volume.
- Open to feedback and eager to grow through training and mentorship.
- Works well in a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Accurate with documentation, enrollment details, and compliance.
- Maintains high professional and ethical standards.
- Effectively communicates product information during in-person and phone consultations.
- Navigates CRM tools, call systems, and digital enrollment platforms.
- Focused on achieving key performance metrics daily.
- 1+ year of sales or customer service experience
- Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance license during training
- Demonstrated track record of hitting performance-based targets is a plus
- $50,000 base salary plus commission - Increase to $55,000 base once matured through our training program after 90 days
- Our agents average $60,000-$75,000 in their first year
- Our agents average $80,000+ in their second year
- Our agents average $110,000+ in their third year
