Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare and pharmaceutical operations areas, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions;
Monitor access points and verify identification, badges, and/or visitor authorization per site policy, and document entries, exits, and unusual activity;
Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions to support continuity of operations
