Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a pharmaceutical healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, laboratory-adjacent areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
