Nursery Chef – Little Elms Daycare Nursery & Pre-Schools, Catford Green

Location: Little Elms Daycare Nursery Catford Green

Compensation: £27,310 - £28,400 / year

• Prepare and cook the Company Menu in line with company policy whilst maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and compliance with the Food Standards Agency.
• Achieve 5
  * Environmental Health Inspections.
• Deal with allergens.
• Report to management.

• Demonstrable experience of managing a kitchen, ideally within a nursery or school environment that caters for children.
• Working knowledge of health and safety within a childcare environment, how to risk assess and take action to reduce potential for accidents/injury.
• Detailed understanding of the Safer Food, Better Business procedures and standards.
