Overview
Supportive senior management | Stable service | Immediate start available | Flexible rolling contract
Leaders in Care are currently looking for an experienced practitioner to join a stable Child and Family Assessment team, based in the South East.
This role offers a pay rate of £38/h
Responsibilities- Hold a mixed caseload of short-term assessment work and long-term CIN/CP cases, providing variety in day-to-day workload.
- Contribute to high-quality assessments and care planning for children and families involved in the service.
- Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England is required (statutory role).
- Loyalty bonus with potential pay increase up to £100 every week.
- Hybrid working model and flexible schedule to support work-life balance.
- Regular training and supervision to develop practice within an experienced team.
