Level 3 Nursery Room Leader | Up to £32,500 | Full-Time (40 Hours)

Are you a qualified and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join a large, vibrant nursery with exceptional outdoor spaces and a strong focus on child-led, nature-inspired learning.

What We're Looking For:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
    – essential
  • Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role
  • Confident understanding of the EYFS
    , safeguarding procedures, and best practices
  • Strong leadership skills – able to support, motivate and inspire a team
  • Great communicator with a warm, approachable manner
  • A genuine passion for early years education and helping children reach their full potential

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead a room of passionate nursery staff, creating a positive, engaging environment for children
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, child-led activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Support the learning, development, and well-being of each child through tailored approaches
  • Build warm and professional relationships with parents and carers, keeping them involved and informed
  • Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
  • Mentor and guide your team, helping to develop their skills and confidence
  • Monitor and document children’s progress through observations and reports
