Level 3 Nursery Room Leader | Up to £32,500 | Full-Time (40 Hours)
Are you a qualified and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join a large, vibrant nursery with exceptional outdoor spaces and a strong focus on child-led, nature-inspired learning.

What We're Looking For:- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
– essential - Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role
- Confident understanding of the EYFS
, safeguarding procedures, and best practices - Strong leadership skills – able to support, motivate and inspire a team
- Great communicator with a warm, approachable manner
- A genuine passion for early years education and helping children reach their full potential

- Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
- Mentor and guide your team, helping to develop their skills and confidence
- Monitor and document children’s progress through observations and reports
