Nursery Room Manager

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to be based in our Sydenham Nursery. The nursery offers state‑of‑the‑art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms with fabulous outdoor areas.

• At least 1 year experience in a Nursery Room Leader role or equivalent
• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework and SEND
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to use own initiative
• Passion demonstrated in day‑to‑day interaction with children

• Enhanced DBS Certificate and satisfactory employment references
• Completion of online safeguarding training
• All positions subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the DBS

Salary: up to £31,200 per annum (Full time, 40 hours per week). Working pattern is 4 days a week or 5 days from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
