We are recruiting a passionate and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our thriving, independent Montessori nursery group in West London.

If you have strong knowledge of the EYFS, love working with children, and want to grow within a supportive and progressive team - we would love to hear from you.

• Level 3 in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Paediatric First Aid
• Previous nursery experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, energetic and proactive attitude

• QTS
• Montessori qualification
• Level 3 Forest School qualification

• Deliver high-quality care in a safe, secure, and stimulating environment
• Plan and implement EYFS activities in line with nursery policies
• Monitor children’s progress and maintain learning journeys
• Participate in the key person system
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and cleanliness standards
• Support parents’ meetings and nursery events
