Meetings and Events Floor Manager Opening! – Park Plaza Riverbank
Meetings and Events Floor Manager responsibilities: as the front line for all events, you will work alongside other M&E Floor Managers and the Assistant Meeting & Events Operations Manager to ensure every event is a success.

Operational responsibilities:
- Maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies and professional operations are in place within the M&E Department
- Delegate and manage up to 100 agency, casual and permanent staff members
- First point of contact for the client, adhering to any questions or queries, and liaising back with the client during the day
- Assist in controlling all operational costs including payroll, F&B costs and wastage
- Conduct staff briefings and monthly departmental meetings
- Have full knowledge of departmental and hotel emergency plans, assisting M&E Operations Manager to train all departmental employees
What we are looking for…
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Meetings and Events Operations within a busy hotel environment
- Experience managing large volume conference and banqueting operations
