Night Concierge – Six Senses London

As Night Concierge, you will support the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them, and uphold our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring service, fun and quirky moments, and pioneering wellness. • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing needs and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with resort standards and policies.
• Greet and assist all guests arriving or departing during the night, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Process and handle guest requests regarding packages, faxes, messages and mail.
• Assist guests with inquiries about resort services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Coordinate with departments for transfer-related requests and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if required.
• Arrange or confirm transportation, including taxis, private transfers, and early-morning airport runs.
• Provide overnight concierge services, including restaurant recommendations, ticket enquiries, or special requests.
• Recommend, plan, schedule and make arrangements for guests’ preferred activities during their stay.
• Strictly adhere to Luxottica Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and respond to guest feedback.

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury hospitality role; hospitality diploma/degree is preferred.
• Technical skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Commitment to ongoing wellness trends is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
• Right to work in the UK;
