Overview

We’re hiring a Butler to join our Front Office team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. This role is 39 hours, 5 days per week, on a rotating shift basis including mornings and evenings (and weekends/bank holidays).

• Be the main contact for all Suite guests during their stay.
• Facilitate all requests and maintain a record of preferences by effectively communicating with other departments.
• Greet guests upon arrival for introductions and rooming.
• Ensure that all Suites are ready with the amenities and known preferences set up on arrival.

• Previous experience in a high-end luxury environment in a customer/guest facing role.
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of verbal and written English.
• Ability to multitask and competency in Microsoft Office; prior knowledge with systems is ideal.
