• Manage reservations and table allocations during the day, including greeting guests, seating at allocated tables, and bidding them farewell to ensure the best possible guest experience.
• Fulfill special requests involving dietary requirements, food and drink preferences, and special occasions, as needed by our Restaurant Hosts.
• Apply our values—Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity—to bring them to life in daily operations.
