Our client is recognised as one of the capital's most refined dining destinations, celebrated for its vibrant cuisine, glamorous atmosphere, and exclusive late-night experience. The venue has built a reputation synonymous with luxury hospitality and elevated guest service. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly professional Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest luxury service standards.
Aboutthe Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop the front-of-house team, and ensure service excellence across all areas of the venue. Working closely with senior leadership and events teams, you will drive seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong commercial performance.

- Has at least 5 years' experience working within premium, high-profile venues
- Has experience within private members' clubs or similarly exclusive luxury establishments
- Has strong experience managing VIP and high-profile clientele
- Demonstrates confident leadership and team development capability
- Maintains exceptional service standards within a fast-paced environment
- Has strong operational and floor management expertise
- Is confident managing reservations, guest flow, and service execution
- Demonstrates financial awareness, including labour control and cost management
- Communicates effectively with guests, management, and teams
- Embodies luxury hospitality standards with a polished, professional approach
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- Deliver and uphold exceptional guest experience standards
- Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house teams
- Coordinate closely with reservations and events teams
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Monitor staffing levels, labour costs, and operational efficiency - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Act as an ambassador for the venue's brand and service culture at all times
