Salary and Benefits

Hourly Rate: £13.88 plus service charge.
Average OTE £8k – 10K per annum.
Smart uniform provided.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise operations of the Savage Garden Bar to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while ensuring departmental targets are met.
  • Join the Food & Beverage team in Savage Garden.
  • Deliver operations smoothly and efficiently, handle guests' queries and complaints, and create memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
  • Work closely with the management team, deputise in their absence, and work towards common goals.
Qualifications
  • Ambitious Food & Beverage professional looking to develop leadership skills and passionate about guiding a team to success.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in supervising and delivering efficient operations in a hospitality setting.
