A rare opportunity to lead service in one of London’s most prestigious private members’ clubs, with an exceptional work–life balance rarely seen in hospitality.
The Offer
- Additional Earnings: £8,000–£9,000 in monthly gratuities & Christmas bonus (paid in two instalments)
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday only (no weekends, no late nights) - Service
Hours:
11:00–16:00 & 18:00–22:00 - Time Off:
All Bank Holidays + Christmas & New Year + 3 weeks in August - Private Health Insurance

As Coffee Room Manager/Maître d’, you will be the face of an elegant dining space that holds history, tradition, and exclusivity at its core. This is not just a management role — it is a chance to carry forward the rituals and refinement that generations of distinguished members value.
You’ll lead with presence, discretion, and polish, ensuring every service runs seamlessly while creating moments of genuine recognition and warmth for members. Supported by senior management, you’ll have the freedom to focus on what truly matters: delivering impeccable, personal hospitality.
Responsibilities- Lead, inspire, and develop the Coffee Room team to deliver world-class service
- Oversee every detail of the guest journey, from arrival to departure
- Maintain the highest standards of formal, traditional service with discretion
- Build lasting relationships with members, ensuring they feel truly recognised
- Host VIPs and UHNWs with professionalism, diplomacy, and care
- Uphold the heritage and atmosphere of one of London’s most exclusive clubs
- A polished, charismatic professional with a natural gift for hospitality
- A proven Manager or Maître d’ with 5+ years’ fine dining or private members’ club experience
- Someone who thrives in formal environments where ritual, detail, and etiquette matter
- Loyal, discreet, and respected for career stability in previous roles
- Experienced in leading high-performing FOH teams at the highest level
- Ideally, someone with an appreciation for art, theatre, and culture — reflecting the club’s distinguished membership
